Saturday Academy Fall Session

Service Description

The Brown Barn Project Saturday Leadership Academy is an experiential youth-development program for participants ages 12–18. Through leadership instruction, etiquette, public speaking, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, skilled-trade exploration, mentorship, and community-based experiences, participants develop the confidence and practical skills needed to make informed decisions about their futures. Our academy is guided by five leadership pillars: Identity and Character Communication and Presence Career Exploration and Entrepreneurship Financial Empowerment Community Leadership Participants do more than sit in a classroom. They meet professionals, enter community businesses, explore industries, practice communication, reflect on their experiences, and learn how leadership appears in everyday life.
