Saturday Academy – Workforce Readiness Program The Saturday Academy is a six-week workforce readiness and leadership development program serving youth ages 12–18 in Georgia. Each week, participants engage in hands-on activities designed to build practical skills in trade exposure, financial literacy, communication, and professional etiquette. Through mentorship, real-world instruction, and guided reflection, students develop confidence, career awareness, and leadership capabilities that prepare them for success in school, work, and life. Program Highlights:     •    Interactive trade skill exposure sessions     •    Life skills and financial literacy workshops     •    Professional development and etiquette training     •    Mentorship and goal-setting activities This program is offered at no cost to participants and is open to all eligible youth in the community.
